“Hey everyone! I’m in a mood where I want to rant, and get some of your opinions, thoughts, comments, likes or dislikes about celebrities crossing over into the fashion world. There is this hollywood element that keeps popping up during fashion week, and it sort of bothers me. Let me first just say that I know people like Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Bridgett Bardot were celebrities who have gone on to be the inspiration for countless fashion designers. We find their style to be timeless, classic and elegant. So it makes sense that fashion and celebrities have always been a part of each others world.
Hey everyone! Recently I attended the 39th annual Vancouver Wedding Fair (January 9th, 2016), held at the Westin Bayshore hotel in Coal Harbour. It wasn’t a boring experience I enjoyed it, and even I walked away with some inspiration. I know some of you might be curious to know what a wedding fair event might be like! There’s no surprise here when spring takes center stage as one of the most influential seasons in fashion, often lending it’s florals, and pastel hues to the runway.Igor Gulyaev’s Spring-Summer 2014 collection is titled “Paradise”.
Privet Matryoshka’s Viva Vox has had some ups and downs in its Spring-Summer 2014 collection. There is a part of me that loves the lipstick printed dress (it looks fun!), and of course there is love for the neutral dresses in the collection. It’s the kermit the frog incorporation that ruins it for me- I know I’m not a muppets fan- so please don’t hate me for being indifferent to your childhood likes, and memories.
Right now I’m loving this look from Miroslava Duma, I know that lately I’ve been playing favourites to Elena Perminova- but how can I resist? She dresses in ways that capture the attention of my style’s senses. Enough about Elena (for now), This post is all about what Mira is wearing. Her look could either pass as Italian or Parisian chic
