Elena Perminova’s Sweater Dress Inspiration

Hey everyone, it’s Casual Sunday once again! & today’s look incorporates one main element: The sweater dress. I have a sweater addiction, and if I could get away with it, I’d probably wear a sweater to every function, event, dinner- etc. So this might explain why I’m favouring this look that Elena perminova wore. I’ve featured this look by Elena on my blog before, but thought it deserved a true Casual Sunday spot. I also put in a few of my top sweater dress choices, and the links of where they came from below.

Can I just say that the sweater dress, whether it’s chunky or form fitting is truly an effortless style that can look pulled together if you pair it with the right accessories. You really don’t need a lot, just a great pair of boots- or even heels, and a hot “it” bag. Think of this as a 3 piece look. The Kenzo fringe sweater dress that I included in the bottom of the my favourite out of all the sweater dresses I’ve picked. The fringe details make it appear edgy, and it could be that outfit that transitions into a nighttime look well.
I remember that Ret (Reticient Mental Property) asked just the other day if I think over the knee boots (OTKB) will last for more than one season. I would say yes, because I find this boot style to be timeless. In the fall, and winter you can wear this boot in neutral and earthy colours, and in the spring you can opt for softer, pale colours in suede.
